$5 shipping on your ENTIRE order!

USA: We ship USPS Priority mail which is typically a 2-3 day service with tracking information.

International: We ship USPS international first class mail service (6-10 days) no tracking. You can upgrade to Priority mail international (6-10 day service) which includes tracking, just email us and you will be sent an email with a payment upgrade link. The upgrade fee for a box varies by location or we can use a flat rate envelope which is an upgrade fee of $8.50.

I have ideas and want to design my own is that possible? TOP

YES you can have complete control over the look of your tutu if you don't see what you want just email me for a quote and I will do my best to make it EXACTLY how YOU want it!

How do I clean my TUTU? TOP

We recomend spot cleaning do to the delicacy of tulle. However, if further washing is needed you can wash seperatly using cold water on the gentle cycle. Hang dry.

My TuTu is looking limp what can I do? TOP

I suggest rubbing each layer between dryer sheet like a flat iron to re-energize.

Do you except returns? TOP

Since all tutus are made-to-order all sales are final. If we made a mistake and sent the wrong size or color then yes we will return, but once an order is placed all sales are final.

How do I know what size to order? TOP

You can order what ever size your princess wears in clothes or you can measure her waist and I will make it to fit. All TuTus are made on a 1 or 3/4 inch non roll elastic band therefore they will stretch and last a long time! If you are not sure what size because it is a gift email me and we will try to figure a size out.

Where are you located and can I pickup the TuTu? TOP

We are in Corpus Christi, Texas and YES we can arrange local pickup. Email us and we can arrange this as well as refund shipping costs!

Do you make adult sizes? TOP

YES I can make tutus for adults. Email me for a quote!
